NE Healthcare Services, Inc. is a Medicare certified home health care provider made up of nurses and therapists with a stellar clinical background.
Our experienced staff has the goal to make the transition from hospital to home as seamless as possible. When a patient is referred for home care we assume responsibility for coordinating all services within the home health care delivery system, including equipment and supplies for treatment.
Our nurses will work with the physician, family or caregiver and members of the home health care team in providing medical and personal care.
